I feel that I have the ability to motivate a diverse team of individuals towards a common goal. For example, I coordinated 12 separate language churches to participate in a community-wide Festival of Nations program in my last role. It was a great success. I am an empathetic and effective delegator, full of integrity, confident and yet humble, and an active listener.
