At my previous job, I had strict deadlines to meet so my customer's businesses could run smoothly. By meeting deadlines I gained their trust, which lead to a stronger business relationship and greater customer satisfaction.
Marcie's Feedback
It's definitely important that you met deadlines; this would no doubt create trust in a professional relationship. A different example might work better in this case, however. Try to think of a time when you chose right over wrong, even if it was the harder choice. Discussing an instance when you were ethical or moral will prove to the interviewer that you're a person of great integrity. Some examples might include communicating honestly, taking responsibility for your actions, keeping a promise, respecting the privacy of a coworker, supporting your company's values without receiving any recognition, and being trustworthy. Good job!
