Demonstrate the measure of your career goals and how they align with what Allstate offers. Assure the interviewer that if you are hired on with Allstate, you plan to stay long-term.

With keeping this employer in mind, it would be helpful to add ways you fit into the organization's culture and seek the environment they are offering to ease their concerns regarding longevity. I did a quick search of the company's Mission Statement to help with your response.
I have been seeking an opportunity to create firm roots in my career. Allstate's Mission Statement to, "serve customers by providing peace of mind and enriching their quality of life" resonates strongly. I would like to acquire new skills and gain a fulfilling experience to benefit people around me. I gladly see myself as an established Allstate employee in 5 years from now.

As my resume indicates I intend being with a company for a minimum of five years. If given the opportunity with Allstate I would love to eventually explore the special investigation unit. As a person who has always been on the right side of the law, I have a low tolerance for criminal behavior.
