I would like to learn something new and different and gain experience at Allstate that I can use for many years to come and call Allstate home.

Rachelle's Feedback
Your answer is a great start. With keeping this employer in mind, it would be helpful to add ways you fit into the organization's culture and seek the environment they are offering to ease their concerns regarding longevity. I did a quick search of the company's Mission Statement to help with your response.
I have been seeking an opportunity to create firm roots in my career. Allstate's Mission Statement to, "serve customers by providing peace of mind and enriching their quality of life" resonates strongly. I would like to acquire new skills and gain a fulfilling experience to benefit people around me. I gladly see myself as an established Allstate employee in 5 years from now.

I like staying with companies long-term to grow stronger in the policies I work with and serve clients better. I'd like to grow with Allstate and see myself promoted into a senior role or supervisory position in 5 years with Allstate.
Marcie's Feedback
Great! But why do you like to stay with companies for long periods of time? Does this give you the ability to grow, be promoted, and gain more responsibilities? Perhaps explain the appeal in greater detail for the interviewer. It's great that you envision yourself moving into a senior role or supervisory position within the next five years. This will show the interviewer that you are ambitious and motivated to learn and grow.

As my resume indicates I intend being with a company for a minimum of five years. If given the opportunity with Allstate I would love to eventually explore the special investigation unit. As a person who has always been on the right side of the law, I have a low tolerance for criminal behavior.
Marcie's Feedback
Great! The interviewer will appreciate how specific you're being by mentioning a specific unit you'd love to work in. They will also be pleased that you want something long-term. Do you want to one day manage others or gain certain certifications? If so, mention this as well.
Prepare for behavioral and insurance-specific questions Allstate interviewers prioritize.
