I am impressed by your mission which is transforming lives through education, and I love PGCC's dedication to the local community. In addition to all of this, I love student affairs. I love helping people to achieve their dream.

Rachelle's Feedback
You sound very enthusiastic about your career as an Academic Advisor, which is great to see :) I recommend adding more detail regarding your knowledge of PGCC's community efforts and commitment to its students. Then, make a direct connection to this and why you would like to work as an Academic Advisor for this facility in particular. You could also include details of where your passion for this career stems from...try going back to before you even knew that working in student affairs was an option. What drove you to pursue this particular career path?

It's great that you keep learning and developing yourself professionally. But why do you want to be an academic advisor? What about it do you love? Helping and guiding the students? Talk more about these reasons so the interviewer can feel your passion for academic advising. Good job!
