Some of my leadership qualities are honesty, empathy, and trustworthiness. I have used these skills to help students throughout their resume writing and job search journey. Resume writing and job searching can be very personal to some students. They share their life experience, their struggles, and successes with me. I use my leadership skills to guide and empower them to make the decision that is the best for them.
