"I am confident that I would come to UnitedHealth Group as a flexible team player that fits in well with all. I've been a trainer of new staff on my current team and have led a few different work-related projects, so am comfortable stepping in and leading others when I have the expertise on certain projects and topics. Also, I am a great listener and can take direction easily. I never hesitate to ask clarifying questions if I need to. Having the chance to work with dynamic data analytics and billing teams, they'll quickly find out that I am a trusted and fun colleague from day one."

I enjoy engaging with the clients and I enjoy training and development so a position in account management or as a member of leadership would be my ideal position.

Nice! Do you enjoy building and nurturing client relationships? Do you like to sell products and offer solutions for customer pain points? What experience do you have in training and mentoring others, and what do you like about doing that? It's great that you have this preference; just make sure to back it up by explaining what you like about it and why you'd excel within a role like that. Good job!

My role is somewhat dictated by my position, in that I am a counselor and advisor. I listen, ask questions, and help find solutions to meet goals. There are times when that requires me to be more authoritative, and times when it is more collaborative, depending on the nature of the discussion.

You've clearly explained the type of role that would suit you best. Consider ending your response by reminding the interviewer of how excited you are to take on this type of role at their company. Good job!

My role as a nurse practitioner is to keep patients safe and healthy, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. So I assess, listen and provide care according to the patient's needs. And I seek help from other providers when needed.

Great job!
