It gives me immense pleasure to work with people from different geopolitical boundaries. In my most recent project in HIS, I worked with team members spread across three different countries. I have worked with a diverse group throughout my healthcare career and I feel most comfortable in that type of environment because of all the learning opportunities. If you have any formal training in diversity and inclusion, this is also a great opportunity to talk about that experience. I have worked with diverse groups of people throughout my career. I am most comfortable, and happy, in this type of environment because it offers me unique learning opportunities and it also helps honed my cross-cultural sensitivity and global perspective which has become increasingly important. In my previous role, since 80% of the business is outside the US, it gave me a tremendous opportunity and immense pleasure to work with people from different geopolitical boundaries, people in Asia, the Pacific, Europe, and South America. I got an opportunity to learn about different perspectives on problems and was also introduced to various traditions.
