I believe I possess the necessary customer service skills to provide UHC customers with exceptional service. Although I am new to this industry, I have several different skills as well as being quite familiar with how the health insurance industry operates as I was one of the recommendation team at my last job as far as what insurance we should offer.

As I understand it, you are looking for someone to negotiate contracts and also document processes and procedures around contract management. This is something I have very strong experience with at another large, global company. I am comfortable with a wide variety of agreements and have done a lot of work around contract policies, procedures, and implementation of contract management systems.
