Why do you think you will be successful in this role?

"When I was advised of this opportunity at UnitedHealth Group, I instantly felt that the work I've been doing for the last nine years has prepared me to step in and succeed from day one and provide me a chance to step up in my career and make a true difference for more people. As you can see from my resume, I have an active RPH license in this state and two others in the region. I also have in-depth, hands-on experience in developing clinical best practices for large pharmacy teams and working under strict quality guidelines in my work. Last, but certainly not least, I am a person who is always driven by innovation and doing things better. I know this is one of your top core values and is something I would love to help bring to the table each day here."

"I believe I possess the necessary customer service skills to provide UHC customers with exceptional service. Although I am new to this industry, I have several different skills as well as being quite familiar with how the health insurance industry operates as I was one of the recommendation team at my last job as far as what insurance we should offer."

Smart approach! You are highlighting the fit while also addressing the skills you bring despite an industry change. A couple of recommendations - avoid potentially negative wording such as 'although I' and just jump into owning it! I have provided an example below.
