After reviewing the UHG website, I see that you have collaborated with the United Health Foundation aiming to build a healthy community. Being a company of more than 340,000 employees, the role that you are interviewing for likely works in one small corner of UnitedHealth Group's much larger business. In asking this question, your interviewer simply wants to know that you've done your homework on their organization. Prior to your interview, research UnitedHealth Group as much as you can so that you can speak knowledgeably and passionately about joining them.
