When one person runs behind, it could affect the success of the entire staff. On the time management side, how well do you prepare for your morning and your day to ensure you are on time to work at the very least? On the EQ side, they want to know how you handle situations that occur which could make you inevitably late. Do you respond with fear, and stress out all the way to work trying to beat the odds or limit how late you are, or do you call into work to let make them aware of the situation, assuring them you are making every effort, but wanted to give them a heads up. Give an example that will show The Hershey Company that you plan and take a proactive approach to these types of situations.
