Your interviewer is curious whether you can think quickly on your feet or if you have difficulty working under pressure and allow your stress to trigger task paralysis. As they advertise on their career site, "NetJets employs an elite team focused on anticipating and adapting to change while remaining committed to our core principles of safety then service." Think of relevant examples where you exhibited emotional intelligence, quickly adapted to changing circumstances, and successfully shifted priorities accordingly. You'll want to showcase that, in such situations, you respond calmly and in a professional manner.
