Spend time thinking about all the aspects of working for NetJets that appeal to you. Whether it's working with "an impressive list of passengers" who are "some of the most successful and powerful leaders in business, sports, and entertainment," working on "the finest fleet of private jets" which NetJets considers "best-in-class aircraft," or the "opportunity to ascend to the pinnacle of your career while obtaining "unique service training that aligns with our Owners' expectations while exceeding industry standards." So make some lists, and be prepared to tell your interviewer what will keep you motivated and excited about coming to work every day.

I love doing recovery trips. I try my best to make a good situation out of a bad one while considering safety and customer service as a factor.
Marcie's Feedback
Nice! I'm sure your interviewer will be familiar with what recovery trips are; if you think there's the possibility they aren't, be sure to briefly explain what you mean by that. Also, make sure to explain why this type of trip excites and motivates you. Give more details about what you like about them so you can fully express your passion and interest. Consider giving an example of a recovery trip you've worked in the past, what the outcome was, and why you enjoyed it.
Prepare for interviews at the world's leading private aviation company.
