What You Need to Know
This is a typical introductory interview question designed to get you to relax, open up, be yourself, and put your best foot forward. An interviewer is looking for their ideal candidate, so they have a vested interest in getting to know you and sizing up your fit for the company. So when presenting yourself, try to showcase how you match what they are looking for. As they advertise, their "service team members are proud NetJets ambassadors and passionate relationship builders." So this is your opportunity to show how passionate you are about your career while showcasing your relationship-building skills.

"My father was a Navel pilot, and my father and mother were both licensed pilots and had a twin-engine Cessna, which we used to travel and vacation quite often. I felt very at home when traveling and in the sky as well. So, naturally, I pursued this profession and am quite happy. I feel more at home in smaller aircraft and pride myself on my superior service skills, so pursuing a position with NetJets felt like the obvious choice for me."
