Regardless of any industry-related training you have been through, you will need to complete training specific to NetJets. However, this question is more about showcasing the homework you've done in preparing for this job by detailing any industry-specific training you've had and suggesting how it may compare to the training you could expect to undergo with them. As they advertise to their owners, "No other pilots or flight attendants are more committed to your safety and more deserving of your trust than NetJets Crewmembers. We hire top talent and invest over 100 million in innovative, ongoing crewmember training annually. To ensure absolute mastery, we require our pilots fly only one aircraft type. Every day, 15 dedicated teams work in tandem to support our Crewmembers and protect your safety. Together, we continue to set and surpass industry safety standards."

"Not only am I proactive in keeping all of my airline training current and up to date, but I also have some additional qualifications. Before I entered the airline industry, I was a registered nurse. I keep all of my licenses and certifications up to date and am more qualified in a medical emergency than most others."

You should be honest in your answer, but don't forget to mention the experience that you DO have. Unlike many applicants, you've worked for this company for many years! You have shown that you fit into the company culture and excel in this industry. Mention any academic degrees you have and talk about the experience you've gained as a flight attendant since that is relevant to this position.

Nice! The interviewer will be happy to hear about all your airline-related experience. Can you explain how you foresee this training coming in handy in this new position? Also, are you looking forward to receiving additional training in the future? If so, mention this too so the interviewer knows that you enjoy learning and improving. Good job!
