Additionally, examine how they place a lot of emphasis on ensuring employee retention, with the aim of not burning out their employees due to the nature of the job. They even promote wellness through "on-site farmers market visits, massage therapy, group fitness classes, discounted gym memberships," to name but a few ways they promote "work-life balance and self-care."
