My short-term goal is to finish my BSN, which I am currently enrolled in with GCU. My long-term goal is that once I am hired to work for Kaiser I can transfer to the ICU unit get my training there and then hopefully apply for a manager or teaching position within this hospital.

For your short-term goal, you could also provide your tentative graduation date so they know how much longer you have in the program. Interviewers want to hear that you're invested in the organization and your growth within, and you did an excellent job sharing your plans to move up within the organization long term. Great work!
