My short-term goal is to finish my BSN, which I am currently enrolled in with GCU. My long-term goal is that once I am hired to work for Kaiser I can transfer to the ICU unit get my training there and then hopefully apply for a manager or teaching position within this hospital.

For your short-term goal, you could also provide your tentative graduation date so they know how much longer you have in the program.
