I am great at time management. I believe the secret is being organized. How I do it depends on the situation. Where I am I come in about 30 minutes early. I look at my assignment, I look into my patient's labs, their medication, doses, routes and times, their drips, etc. I read a bit about their history and what brought them into our unit. I prepare who I need to assess first based on priority, diagnosis, etc.
