"I started working as a server at a young age in a restaurant. From there, I moved into a restaurant management role and attended post-secondary education focusing on Restaurant and Hotel management. Most of what I've done has been customer service focused."

I have worked as a sales associate selling appliances and shoes, and I also worked in the hospital working in labor and delivery as well as pediatrics. I am very thankful for these jobs because they definitely shaped who I am today in my current flight attendant role. Working both places taught me to deal with people that are in need, whether it's making sure the children at the hospital were changed, to making sure. a customer was very knowledgeable about their purchase before making a proper decision. These jobs definitely were an asset.
