"I would rely heavily upon the on-the-job training I received. I'd follow the protocol and safety regulations for the given situation. Mainly, I would evaluate the situation calmly and logically and make sure my behavior did not unnecessarily raise any alarm or make our passengers feel unsafe."

"I'm well trained to react in emergencies. I have full confidence that if faced with a safety threat, I'd do everything to ensure my fellow employees and our passengers remained calm. My first course of action is to ensure the passengers are prepared, telling them only what they need to know at any given time and taking every measure to avoid inciting a panic."

If I felt there was a safety threat I would immediately talk to my superior about it whether it's the senior Flight attendant or the captain, or both which is preferred if time permits. we would then figure out the best course of action. I would make sure all passengers are comfortable during the emergency and they know what's going on with my safety announcements. Always keep all parties in the loop, remain calm, and review my flight attendant manual if needed.
