      2nd Answer Example

"Having worked in the primary care setting for a few years as a newer Nurse Practitioner, building long-term relationships with my patients is a key to building my practice into what it has become in a relatively short amount of time. I build relationships with my patients by being an attentive listener and focusing on the concerns and needs of my patients. I also do my best to help educate my patients on their healthcare needs and this helps build a trust for them on my end because I am telling my patients that I am truly invested in their care and well-being. If hired for this position, the patients here at IWK Health Centre would greatly benefit from the relationships that I am able to build with them for long-lasting care here."
