      How to Answer

      Deloitte Consulting seeks to hire those with above-average communication skills who can effectively represent their brand when interacting with their clientele. A person with above-average communication skills will be able to adapt their communication style to those whose skills are less skilled. To demonstrate your skill level, communicate your answer as articulately as possible. Study Deloitte's website and integrate their keywords into your answers whenever possible. Refrain from using any speech crutch words such as "like," "um," and "you know," among others. You may also mention your ability to mirror, validate, and empathize, active listening, and non-defensive communication skills.
