Adaptability
1. If hired for this role, what do you see as one initial hurdle you will have to overcome in your first weeks on the job?

Your interviewer wants to know that you are a quick learner and will proactively respond to challenges right off the bat. Your interviewer wants to hear that you will fit in well with BlackRock's hardworking team by viewing challenges as opportunities for growth.
