Question 13 of 30

How do you stay on top of deadlines?

"I use a project management calendar called 'GTD' to keep on top of deadlines. I also keep my team in the loop through Asana. This platform allows me to log team objectives, and bring our work together into one shared space. This way, we can all collaborate effectively and deadlines are noted with pre-set reminders and notifications. Most of my current team works remotely so the use of Asana is especially effective. Since implementing this system in June, our team has been ahead of schedule on 90% of our projects. I am also well versed in Monday, Slack, and Trello."
