Question 2 of 30

Our environment is fast-paced. How do you capture the attention of a busy co-worker or leader when a project point needs their eyes?

"I have a simple method that works really well when I need the attention of co-worker or leader. In my current position we use Slack every day. If I have a need that I think could get lost in the shuffle, I will ping the decision maker directly and ask for a time on their calendar to discuss. I find that the real-time feature of Slack helps me to gain an immediate response."
