"Throughout the week, I have classes and other responsibilities with my internship and piano lessons. I stay organized by keeping a planner with all of my appointments and meetings, and I also put my school assignments in it, then color code what is a priority. I put alerts and reminders in my phone to help me stay organized as well."

"My job is fast-paced, and it's not uncommon to have multiple customers in line at the window. I keep my workspace clean, and I always have a pen and paper beside my computer so I can make notes or reminders for myself to complete before my shift ends. I also keep frequently used forms and documents near my desk, so they are handy when I have a customer needing them. As soon as I feel overwhelmed or fall behind, I request help or support from a manager."

"I rely heavily on my Outlook calendar. I put all my meetings, appointments, etc. in it and have daily reminders set up. I also create short-term goals with milestones throughout the quarter so that I stay on track for tasks that I need to accomplish."

I carry a planner with me everywhere I go. It helps me manage my time and provides me with all the tasks I need to complete during the day.

Cindy's Feedback
Good. The question is asking for strategies, so mentioning your planner is a good start. Are there other techniques you use to stay organized? Do you have examples to provide?
