Sales can move at a pretty hectic pace. Would you describe yourself as a structured person, or do you go with the flow?

"I like structure, but I can adapt pretty quickly. I love the structure of sales, but I know that customers do not follow our scripts. That is why I have had to learn different closing techniques. I try to meet the guest where they are and then help move them closer to purchasing a car."

"I would say that I am a little of both. I have had to adapt to being able to persuade customers by engaging them in dialogue with the intent of moving them closer to the point of sale. I like structure, but I have learned how to adapt. I look forward to bringing that balance to my work at Tesla."
