Question 4 of 35

How can we keep you motivated and engaged on the job, even when you feel your work goes unnoticed?

"I am an easily motivated individual because I went into this field to help others who need it most. It does not take much to keep me engaged. I am fully aware that some days can seem thankless, and I realize that is just the nature of the beast. Honestly, the best thanks I can get is a pat on the back now and then for a job well done. The majority of my motivation comes from simply helping people, and I can't wait for the opportunity to do that here at Loma Linda University Medical Center."
