"This is such a tough question because I have so many moments I'm proud of working with a larger care team. I work best in this environment, and your team will quickly learn that if I'm fortunate enough to join Loma Linda University Medical Center. Early in my career, I worked in the operating room. We had two patients following a bad car accident, and things were looking grim for both patients. We went to work very quickly, under the direction of two of our surgeons in the trauma OR that day. Through communication and a drive to do what we could to the highest quality, we saved two lives after over six total hours of surgery. I remember that day and how much I learned could be accomplished when a team comes together."

Discuss a time during your career when you felt fulfilled through a team setting or project collaboration. You can mention working on a team project during your training, a recent work collaboration, or possibly an extracurricular activity. Discuss the positive results of the teamwork and how you attained a positive outcome as a group. This is also a great chance to talk about what role you ideally like to play as part of a larger team.
