Chocolates! Just kidding. public speaking. It is something that I've been working on a lot. I don't really enjoy talking in front of a large crowd but I am comfortable in a smaller group of people. I always practice talking to different kinds of people to improve myself.

My greatest weakness is not delegating tasks. I am working on this and know that it's ok and there are not enough hours in the day to get everything done. It doesn't hurt to ask for help when needed.

My greatest weakness is not delegating tasks. There are times when I become fully immersed in my projects, that I do not take a step back and delegate portions of the work. I am working on heightening my awareness of this weakness, however. It does not hurt to ask for help when needed.

My greatest weakness is a lack of clinical experience as I am a fairly new nurse. As a way to overcome this, I am always available and willing to try new tasks that I am not comfortable with yet just to gain experience and I believe that is something my current supervisor would agree with. You may say I have a hard time saying no.
