I think my greatest accomplishment is going back to college. I put my mind that I could do it even though I was the oldest student in the class. I waited late to go back to school but as they say better late than never.

My greatest work-related accomplishment was going back to college. I knew to achieve my career goals; I would need to expand my educational foundation. Although I was the oldest student in many of my courses, I remained determined and focused. I am pleased that I made a choice to go back, and as the saying goes, "better late than never."

My greatest working accomplishment is when I cross-train new hirers in the store and they get a promotion to a higher level. One associate I cross-trained got promoted within a couple of months to a lead position. I felt like that was a great accomplishment for me and the associate.
