After researching Davita's values, I learned that they align with the values that I want to pursue in my nursing career. Building strong, trusting relationships is something I strive for as a nurse. I love that I will get to know patients personally and see them multiple times weekly to build a trusting relationship with them which will help me give them the best possible care.
