They had already passed the deadline multiple times and it was critical that the project was completed in one month or the funding was going to be cut. I jumped in and offered to support the team in multiple ways and we divided up the work based on experience and skill. For example, while creating tech documents for the stakeholders, I also tested and documented bugs. I met with the project manager and SW developer daily to review the bugs, fixes, and retest."
