I am always diligent when it comes to deadlines. I am organized and love to plan everything out to make sure I have enough time to complete the task. I was asked to complete and present a short presentation while in nursing school and even though I only had a few days to complete there was such a feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction once it was presented and completed.

I am always diligent when it comes to deadlines. Recently, I had to put together a report for the store on the departments that are underperforming. The cosmetic department was down 15% compared to the district. My goal was to teach the associates how to merchandise making sure to order what is needed. Check the daily sales to make sure the cosmetic department is improving.
