In my opinion, the most significant advancement in healthcare is the invention of the wearable artificial kidney. This device allows patients to receive dialysis treatment with less interruption to their daily life. This could be revolutionary for patients who would previously have to go to dialysis for hours at a time, 3-4 days a week. I stay up to date on new trends through Google searches and medical journals.
