Yes, I do consider myself a very patient person when I often have challenging situations daily. I count to 10 take a step back and regroup. A doctor did not call in a customer's prescription, the customer told off the pharmacist, and the pharmacist did not want to service the customer. I had to get a tech to look into the computer and we got the customer taken care of and put a call into the doctor.
