It would be helpful to choose an area that Davita specializes in (you may have in your response, but I am not sure). I also recommend adding more context. Why would you like to learn more about Pediatric Kidney Care? This is an opportunity for the interviewer to get to know you more.
If I could expand my knowledge in any healthcare-related topic, I would select Pediatric Kidney Care. Pediatrics has always piqued my interest, and I would like to learn and juxtapose my knowledge of adult kidney care.

Although there are many areas to improve upon, I would choose Kidney disease as it is one of the leading causes of death and I feel there is so much education that can be done on the topic including the different stages.
