Centene Corporation works with providers who have patients who utilize their insurance. However, while physicians and other medical staff are smart, many are unfamiliar with the platform and don't know about new technologies. Assure your interviewer that you can provide technical education.

As you answer, explain how you have been effective in communicating technical info on the job in the past so whoever you were working with could understand it. Even if you don't have experience providing education in the technical realm, displaying your ability to explain processes or ideas to others will be important. Your interviewer will expect you to be able to provide details in an easy-to-learn manner.

"In the past, I've always tried to ascertain their level so I can speak to it. I give lots of examples of the technology and many visuals to explain what it does. I also walk through the data visually so they can see the impact of the numbers."

"To provide education to others, I always speak in the simplest terms possible. If I get more technical questions from the person or group, I will up my game a bit and speak more technically, but then rephrase for those folks who aren't at that level."
