The more yourself you are, the better they'll be able to assess your personality fit for their company culture. On their careers site, they state that you should be prepared to answer "questions about your interests and experience." So, go beyond researching the company and the role to which you are applying. Perform adequate research on yourself as well, and come prepared to put your best foot forward, showcasing what a great addition you would be to their teams.

"I have been a professional wind energy engineer for a decade now, and designed my first functional turbine in the science fair in high school. Ever since I was a kid, I was interested in infrastructure and engineering. As an engineer, I am very interested in renewable energy and being at the forefront of the future. As a hobby, I write content on this space and try to educate those who don't understand the field, or who have been misinformed about wind energy and wind farms."
