"I recently had an experience where one of our employees was going through a difficult time in their personal life, and they were feeling pretty down. Normally, this individual is a real motivator for the rest of the team and raises morale. But their state was negatively impacting morale, so much so that a project we were working on was running behind. So, I started focusing on turning the team's morale around, held some activities, and planned a project site visit where we met with some influential individuals who boosted morale. Then I was able to continue to build on that momentum and got the project back on track."
