When answering this question, showcase how organized and conscientious you are not to bring your personal problems with you to work, and that you are effective at addressing the demands of your professional life during your work hours. Share the measures you take to nourish your mind, body, and spirit in a relatable way. Lastly, drop hints that you are familiar with their wellness offerings, such as their gym membership perks. This will also offer greater confidence that you would be up to meeting the demands of the job, such as an engineer being able to strike the balance of being behind a desk and being out in the field, on their feet, and in sometimes challenging conditions.

"I enjoy a balance of alone time, spending time with family and friends, hiking, working out in the gym, cooking, reading, and being lazy sitting on the couch and watching television. But, I do spend a lot of time at the gym. I also noticed that a fitness membership is one of the benefits of working here. That's nice. My current employer has a similar benefit which I regularly take advantage of."
