"I am looking for a position that offers a combination of career progression and job security. I have some leadership experience and would like to further my skills in that regard. I am not necessarily sure I want to be promoted into a management position, per se, but definitely have mapped out several skills I would like to master in the near future, of which having further developed leadership skills would be of use."
