"Integrity means many things to me. But, in the context of this question, I would say integrity means being ethical and honest at all times, and that integrity has everything to do with character. I actually went online and read through Burns & McDonnell's code of conduct. In many ways, it is similar to my current company's code of ethics. But, it is important to keep this in mind anytime you are making a decision, and how that decision would reflect on yourself and your company. So, in this, I would say our sense of integrity is well-aligned."
