What You Need to Know
Personality and character are two very different things. The interviewer is looking for more information on your traits vs. your integrity. Many of the traits of their ideal candidates are clearly stated in their recruiting efforts; "Our colleagues are passionate, driven, entrepreneurial and collaborative." Explore similar buzzwords that accurately define some of your more attractive traits.
