      How to Answer

At the heart of this question falls your interviewers need to determine how well you will work with others on the team at Bank of China. You will be working with high level advisors and managers that are under a lot of pressure to perform in their jobs and your communications with them will either alleviate some of that stress or add to it. To ensure that your interviewer walks away from your conversation knowing that you are a team player that keeps the end goals of the company in mind, focus your answer on your effective communication skills, your knowledge of everyone's role on the team and your knowledge of what your role on the team will be.

"I know that everyone has a part to play and without everyone's contribution, the work cannot get done efficiently, instead would cause more problems for the team. I always work to get things done in a timely manner to avoid holding up other colleagues. In addition to this, I always get to know my colleagues very well and what their roles are so I can work well with them."

This is a great start, but I suggest being a little more specific here. You do your own work in a timely manner, but do you dip in to help colleagues if they're behind schedule? You mention that you get to know your colleagues well, but what strategies do you use to build relationships with them? A few specific details will take this response from good to great!
