How to Answer
The interviewer needs to know that you have the skills needed to interact with customers both in-person and electronically. Reassure the customer that you can effectively persuade a customer to consider your product by presenting it well in person and that you can type and proofread emails and texts before sending them to clients. Be positive in reassuring the hiring manager that you understand how important it is to communicate effectively.
