James McMechan has over 30 years of management experience, primarily in the hospitality and auto industries. He has interviewed hundreds of applicants and trained effective and engaged employees.

James is a published author, and his work includes 'The Inspired Salesperson,' a book for sales consultants.

In 2021, James wrote many hospitality-based interview question and answer sets for MockQuestions, including Hotel Manager, Four Seasons Hotels, and Tesla Motors.
