"Often, I weigh what the path of least resistance is, especially with time management. Let's say we've taken on a new client who is rebranding. First, I gauge whether delegating the SEO work will take more or less time than doing it myself. Often, when taking on a project like that, I like to do it myself with the client in mind. I set up the blueprint, and our team models their work after it. I think it's important to steer the ship until we're on course. Then I hand it off to my team."
