Your answer should be relevant and recent and should reveal expertise. Use this opportunity to shine by offering a unique example where you exhibited ingenuity, resulting in success.

"My superior recruited me to develop a marketing brief for a project they were behind on. One of our stakeholders started their career as a photographer and graphic designer, and when a project was underway, would complain about the images we were using. This altered our timelines and sent some departments scrambling. I took this stakeholder out to lunch a few times to get to know them. Then I drafted the brief modeling after their lens in a way that universally appealed to our target audience. Everybody loved the brief. This stakeholder asked some questions and offered some suggestions, and that was it. It was a win-win."

Don't say, "I need you to be more specific. That's part of the job. We do that all the time."

Part of the nature of this question is to test your ability to creatively answer it. Offer a unique, out-of-the-ordinary example that exemplifies your unique talents.
