Focus on problem-solving with a level head and decisive decision-making. Often, the best way to cope with a stressful situation is to take action.

"I certainly hope so. Life is full of stressful situations. I think it's important to acknowledge stress when we feel it. Having stress is human. But you should never let the stress get the best of you. When I encounter a stressful situation, I take everything into consideration, evaluate how stressful the situation actually is, and compare that to my stress levels. Then, I take a deep breath and act accordingly. I believe if you respond to the stress and not the situation, you end up more stressed and less able to solve the problem at hand."

Don't focus on how stressful the job can be. Don't over-share about coping with stress, nor volunteer occasions where your stress got the better of you.
