As the new Marketing Communications Manager, my top priority would be to develop a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the overall business goals. In the first 30 days, I would meet with key stakeholders to get a better understanding of the company's products, services, and target markets. I would also conduct a review of the existing communications materials and make recommendations for improvements. In addition, I would create a schedule for regular internal communications to ensure that everyone is kept up-to-date on company news and developments.
