If you were satisfied with your post-secondary experience you could reply with something along the lines of, 'I graduated top of my class and am very proud of my university accomplishments. The experience taught me to study hard and set goals for myself.'
If you were not satisfied with your post-secondary experience: "I feel that my GPA could have been higher; however, I was working full time while attending classes. All in all, I did learn a lot about discipline and commitment."
